Ingredients:
4 medium sized potatoes
1 onion sliced in long
½ to 1 chopped green chili
½ tsp. Cayenne pepper powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. roasted and powdered cumin
½ tsp. chaat masala
½ tsp. Mustard seeds
1 tbls. Oil for frying
Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
Boil potatoes and cut slices. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. When oil is hot put mustard seeds in it. It will start popping. When it stops popping add cut onions and fry until soft.
Add green chili and other dry ingredients in it and sauté for few minutes.
Add potato slices in it and mix well. Stir for few minutes and remove from heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
